Claudia Olave-Guillermo was born in Colombia and immigrated with her siblings to the United States at the age of 15. After her father passed away and her mother was left with three children to raise, her mother made the difficult decision to immigrate to the United States to give them a better life—a decision that so many immigrant families make.

Mrs. Olave-Guillermo knows firsthand the importance of having legal status in the United States to reach any goals a person may have without fear.

Claudia Olave-Guillermo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of New York (License # R071579-1), Florida (License # SW 19619), South Carolina (License # 14608), Georgia (License # CSW008026), and Pennsylvania (License # CW022983).

She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1999 and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the City University of New York in 1994. She has been in private practice for the past 24 years and has been working in the mental health field for over 27 years.
