Claudia Olave-Guillermo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York, License R071579-1; State of Florida, License SW19619; State of Pennsylvania, License CW022983; State of Georgian, License CSW 008026, and South Carolina, License 14608.

She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1999 and a Master’s in Psychology from the City University of New York in 1994. She has been working in the mental health field for 27+ years and is fluent in Spanish. 

Mrs. Olave-Guillermo says: “It is so rewarding to see how my clients feel better and have a different outlook on life when they can tolerate the therapy process. Yes, it is a process of finding yourself and clarifying what got you to where you are now.” 

Her therapeutic approach is eclectic. She uses different techniques to help her clients achieve a fulfilling emotional life.

 Her practice involves working with adults who are dealing with trauma in their lives.  

She also provides immigration mental health evaluations for clients who need their immigration case reinforced.
