I serve as an independent clinical evaluator, not as legal counsel. My role is to assess psychological functioning, trauma history, and psychosocial hardship when clinically relevant to a legal matter. I do not provide legal advice or opinions.

Licensure & Service Area
I am licensed to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the following states:
Florida (FL), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), Georgia (GA),
South Carolina (SC), New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), and Texas (TX)
Virtual evaluations are available for clients located in these states, in accordance with licensure requirements.
Evaluations are conducted virtually unless otherwise clinically indicated.
Types of Evaluations Commonly Provided
I provide mental health evaluations commonly used for:
VAWA / Domestic Violence (Intimate Partner Violence)
Extreme Hardship (I-601 / I-601A)
T-related matters (human trafficking)
Protection-based matters (including asylum-related cases, if applicable)
Other humanitarian or family-based matters where mental health documentation is clinically relevant
Case acceptance is determined after review of scope, timeline, and clinical appropriateness.

With over 27 years of experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, and major life stressors, I bring clinical depth, cultural humility, and consistency to each evaluation. I have worked extensively with immigrant and underserved populations throughout my career.
